Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume drops, launches, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select releases. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items marked as Pre-Order or part of a limited drop may require additional production time. Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your package may ship together once all items are ready.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Promise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
